Chrome cannot lock a printer by name. In the print dialog pick your 4×6 printer once and turn off “Fit to page” / set scale 100%. Windows: set that printer as default to skip choosing every time.
developer.ups.com → Add App → enable Rating and Shipping. Copy Client ID, Secret, and shipper account number.
developers.usps.com → Add App → Consumer Key/Secret. Labels also need CRID and MID from the Business Customer Gateway.
Unchecked services are hidden on the carton and filtered out of rate results.
Uncheck a channel to hide those orders. Faire shows after a Faire order is loaded once.
